Lance Spaude, JD

Born and raised in Wisconsin, Lance attended the University of Wisconsin – Oshkosh. He graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing and Legal Studies. Lance then  received his J.D. summa cum laude from Marquette University Law School. While attending Marquette Las School, Lance graduated with honors from the National Sports Law Institute. 

Lance possesses a diverse background in the sports industry that includes working for state governing bodies, innovative start-ups and prominent organizations like the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) and National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA). In 2017, Lance moved to Las Vegas, NV, where he served as an agent for one of the most prominent representation agencies in the gaming industry, Poker Royalty. In that role he assisted in numerous endeavors that included developing a gaming based crypto-currency platform, securing marketing deals with professional athletes and establishing relationships for the experiential based tech company. 

In his current role Lance serves as an agent and counsel for the Iridium Sports Agency, a leader in combat sports representation. In this capacity he represents and advises professional athletes in all aspects of their careers. He is an integral part of the legal team, ensuring compliance with state governing bodies, advising on corporate formations, draft agency contracts and supporting the agency with all other legal matters. In addition to his work with Iridium Sports, Lance currently serves as an advisor to several sports and entertainment companies in the greater Las Vegas area.

As the Head of Legal for the Creative Networks Group, Lance oversees all of the firm's corporate governance and legal matters. His experience in business affairs is a pivotal part of how the firm chooses to proceed in its corporate endeavors. As part of the Creative Networks leadership team, Lance also serves an integral role for the firm's  activations and partnerships umbrella.
